WHAT IS THE TRAINING DEVELOPMENT AND DELIVERY CERTIFICATE? 

The Training Development and Delivery Certificate program is intended to give you a deeper understanding of the many moving parts that go into creating and delivering training programs. L&D professionals are tasked with creating new training initiatives, but they don’t always have the education, resources or support to do that effectively. Developing and delivering training also requires complex skills and project management ability, but how do you learn those skills with minimal experience? 

This certificate is completed over eight hours in a virtual instructor-led classroom setting. Throughout that time, you’ll work with peers to discuss your own organizational context and how you can apply learning analytics to your training processes.

WHO SHOULD COMPLETE THIS PROGRAM?

The Training Development and Delivery Certificate program is designed for current, newly promoted or aspiring training managers and learning leaders who are looking to better understand how to create and deliver training programs. 

WILL THIS PROGRAM PREPARE ME AS AN INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGNER?

This certificate imparts the competencies and knowledge needed to manage training development and delivery processes. While instructional design processes are covered, this course is not intended for individuals who aspire to work in instructional design. Instead, it will cover the entire scope of development and delivery processes that a leader in a training team would need to know in order to ensure those processes are optimized for the most effective outcomes. 

ARE THERE ANY PREREQUISITES FOR COMPLETING THIS WORKSHOP? 

There are no prerequisites to register, making this certificate ideal for anyone seeking to better understand the processes required for effective training development and delivery. Because this is a foundational course, it is particularly relevant for those who are new to the corporate training field.  

What does the program cost?

The program is $1095.00, which covers all course materials and the cost of enrollment.

WHAT WILL I RECEIVE WHEN I COMPLETE THIS PROGRAM? 

Before the program, you will receive access to all digital materials, including 13 job aids and templates as well as the student workbook that you will use during the course. The workbook provides resources and space to take notes during group activities. Upon completion, you will also be awarded a digital badge verifying your achievement in completing this program and understanding of the key processes needed to develop and deliver effective corporate training programs. 

DOES THIS PROGRAM COUNT TOWARD RECERTIFICATION CREDIT?
