In-Person TICE:

Do you offer SHRM/CPTM/HRCI credits for this event? Yes, you can earn credit hours for SHRM (14 hours) and CPTM (24 hours) certifications. HRCI credits are not offered for this event. You can read more about earning recertification credits here.

Where is the conference located? What are the hotel accommodations? In-person TICE will take place in Raleigh, North Carolina at the Raleigh Marriott Crabtree Valley hotel and conference center. You can book a room at a discounted rate through the TICE website.

What if I am no longer able to attend? Please reference our cancellation policy. If you are no longer attending but someone will be coming in your place, please let us know by emailing tice@trainingindustry.com.

Will sessions be recorded? Can I attend virtually? No, we will not be recording any sessions. This is an in-person event only and there are no hybrid registration options available. We will be hosting a fully virtual conference in the fall.

I would like to speak at TICE. How do I submit a proposal? For in-person TICE, we open our call for presenters in the fall and notify speakers in the new year. Sign up here to receive notifications about various speaking opportunities throughout the year.

Who should attend TICE? TICE is focused on building effective leaders of corporate learning and development. If you are a current or aspiring learning leader, TICE is for you. By design, TICE is a highly interactive experience, helping you meet new people while developing ideas and discovering solutions to advance your career. When you attend TICE, you will meet other professionals who are dedicated to developing learning programs that make a difference. Over the course of the conference, you will gather with your peers to discuss how you can create strategic alignment and overcome organizational obstacles.

Virtual TICE:

What platform do you use? For virtual TICE, we use Zoom Events. Download the latest version of the Zoom Desktop Client here.

Will the sessions be recorded? Yes, all breakout and featured sessions will be recorded. Shortly after a session is complete, you will be able to access the recording. After the conference, simply continue using your login to access recorded session content.
