What is the LEADING LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT Certificate?

The Leading Leadership Certificate provides you with decision tools, job aids and discussion to help ensure that your leadership development efforts are preparing your organization’s leaders for their roles. In this program, you’ll learn about establishing and refining your leadership programs and demonstrating the value of leadership development. 

Founded in Training Industry’s Training Manager Competency Model™, this certificate is earned over eight hours spaced across two half-days in a live, virtual instructor-led (VILT) classroom setting. You’ll work with peers to discuss your own leadership development programs and identify opportunities for improvement.

The Leading Leadership Development Certificate is for learning leaders seeking a process for establishing, measuring, and maintaining effective leadership development programs for their organization.

Are there any Prerequisites for completing this certificate?

There are no prerequisites to register, making this certificate ideal for anyone seeking to further their learning and development career. 

What does the program cost?

The program is $1,095.00, which covers all course materials and the cost of enrollment. Upon completion, you’ll be awarded a certificate and digital badge designating your expertise. 

what will i receive when i complete this program?

Before the program, you will receive access to all digital materials, including the student workbook that you will use during the course. You will continue to have access to this digital resource after completing the course. Upon completion, you will also be awarded a certificate of achievement and a digital badge as a visual symbol of your achievement in completing the Leading Leadership Certificate. 

DOES THIS PROGRAM COUNT TOWARD RECERTIFICATION CREDIT?

Yes. When you complete this program you’ll earn credit hours (CEUs) toward leading HR and training certifications.
