IC3 Certification is an abbreviation for the “Internet and Computing Core Certification.” IC3 is a global certification designed to certify an individual’s digital literacy skills associated with basic computer and internet use. Participants are required to take and pass three exams: Computing Fundamentals, Key Applications, and Living Online. IC3 was created by Certiport, Inc. in 2000.
