Digital Object Repository

Digital object repositories (DORs) are online databases that provide a central location to manage, collect, contribute and share digital resources. DORs enable centralized hosting of and access to content and the ability to share digital objects and files and set permissions and controls for content and to protect the integrity and intellectual property rights of content owners and creators. DORs are also known as digital learning repositories (DLRs).
