Digital Learning Repository

A digital learning repository (DLR) is an online database that provides a central location to collect, contribute and share digital learning resources for instructional design and content development. DLRs provide centralized hosting of and access to content and the ability to share digital objects and files, set permissions and controls for content and to protect the integrity and intellectual property rights of content owners and creators. DLRs are also known as digital object repositories (DORs).
