Demand-based learning is a model or an approach, for developing and delivering a training solution that relies on the identification of a need prior to creating a solution. Sometimes referred to as the “bottom-up” model, demand-based learning can be used for both product and service training needs. Demand-based learning is the opposite of supply-based learning.
