What is the registration cancellation policy?
  • Registrants may substitute someone else to attend the Strategy Summit in their place up until the start of the event for no charge.
  • Cancellations received 14 days or more prior to the event are eligible for a refund, less a $25 service fee.
  • Participant(s) who cancel less than 14 days prior to the event will be considered “no shows” and will not be eligible for refunds/credits.
  • Participant(s) who do not cancel and do not attend are liable for the full registration fee.
Is the virtual strategy summit free to attend?

Registration for the virtual Strategy Summit is $99. We are committed to delivering an exceptional virtual experience that mirrors the quality of our in-person gatherings. What sets the virtual experience apart is our curated thematic agenda. Each session and speaker is handpicked by our team of subject matter experts to ensure comprehensive coverage of all aspects involved in building a strategic plan. By offering this content at an affordable price point, our aim is to make it accessible to a broad audience of learning professionals who will be deeply engaged with the event’s content. The registration fee also provides access to this community of like-minded professionals affording attendees the invaluable opportunity to share knowledge, address common challenges, and gain insights from the successes of peers. By carefully curating the session content and creating a collaborative virtual environment, our hope is to make the Strategy Summit one of the best investments of both time and resources, year after year.

What platform do you use?

For the virtual Strategy Summit, we use Zoom Events. Download the latest version of the Zoom Desktop Client here.

When does the virtual conference become available?

The virtual Strategy Summit will be available by Monday, September 23. You will receive an email from Zoom Events with a link to join the event lobby.

Will the sessions be recorded?

Yes, all breakout and featured sessions will be recorded. Shortly after a session is complete, you will be able to access the recording. After the conference, simply continue using your login to access recorded session content. Recordings will be available for 6 months after the conference.

How long will I have access to the virtual conference?

The virtual Strategy Summit will remain open and available for on-demand viewing until March 25, 2025.

What if I am no longer able to attend?

Please reference our cancellation policy. If you are no longer attending but someone will be coming in your place, please let us know by emailing info@trainingindustry.com.

Where can I find a list of exhibitors and sponsors?

All our exhibitors and sponsors are listed on the Strategy Summit website.

Session Information

How do I register for sessions?

You do not need to pre-register for any sessions. To build your personal itinerary, log into the virtual conference and go to the session tab. Once there, you can bookmark sessions and they will be added to your calendar view under the “itinerary” tab. You have the option to export your itinerary as an ICS file and add it to your personal calendar.

Each session will be made on-demand following its live stream (approximately one hour after session ends).

How will I join a session?

When the session is live, you will see a red broadcasting now in the left-hand corner of the session image, as well as a button that says “join”. You can join sessions from the lobby, the session tab, or your itinerary if you have bookmarked the session.

Do you offer SHRM/CPTM/HRCI credits for this event?

Yes, you can earn credit hours for SHRM (14 hours) and CPTM (up to 24 hours) certifications. HRCI credits are not offered for this event.

How do I request my SHRM activity ID?

An email will be sent out after the event. Additionally, you may email info@trainingindustry.com to request activity IDs.

When will I have access to view a session’s recording?

Shortly after a session is complete (approximately one hour after session ends), you will be able to access the recording from the session page located in the agenda. After the conference, simply continue using your login to access recorded session content. Recordings will be available for 6 months after the conference.

Event Participants are expected to behave responsibly and to treat each other – and treat the community – with respect, kindness and compassion. Training Industry reserves the right, without refund, to revoke the credentials of participants whose conduct is deemed inappropriate, disorderly or offensive by Training Industry, affiliated third parties or the local authorities.
