Employee engagement is on the decline, and employees want more development opportunities. Organizations that invest in learning and development (L&D) can increase employee engagement and reduce turnover. Creating a continuous learning culture can help to improve the employee experience, enabling employees to grow and refine their skills. To do this, learning leaders must develop training programs for each stage of the employee lifecycle and align training to their employees’ roles.

Sessions during this Training Industry Leader Talk will share the benefits of creating a culture of learning, how to make time and space for employees to learn and the importance of leadership buy-in to cultivate a positive employee experience.
