Tuition reimbursement services is a human resources (HR) benefit in which a company provides financial assistance to employees who are continuing their education. This service is generally offered by larger corporations, which agree to pay for the professional education of individuals who meet certain criteria. Tuition reimbursement programs typically provide assistance after an employee has successfully completed a course. Tuition reimbursement services, or programs, are also referred to as tuition assistance programs.

Tuition reimbursement also refers to the process of managing the administration and reimbursement of education-related expenses. Tuition reimbursement is included in the Training Process Framework, and can be involved in Training BPO services.
