Reboarding refers to the process of bringing individuals back into the workplace after they have been away for a period of time. Reboarding is critical in helping employees who have been on family leave or furloughed. In 2020, it became important for employees who worked remotely during the coronavirus pandemic successfully transition back into the workplace.
