A master services agreement (MSA) is a contract that details the responsibilities and obligations of two parties to each other. This comprehensive contract generally includes detailed rates, services and terms for each functional area of the partnership. Subordinate agreements to MSAs are service level agreements, purchasing agreements, purchase orders and statements of work. The MSA is completed during the contracting stage of the Training Outsourcing Model.
