Kirkpatrick’s Learning Evaluation Model

Kirkpatrick’s Evaluation Model was created by Donald Kirkpatrick, Ph.D. It defines four levels of training evaluation:

    1. The reaction of the students to the training experience.
    2. The students’ increase in knowledge as a result of the training experience.
    3. The students’ behavioral change and performance improvement after applying the skills on the job.
    4. The results and effects of the students’ performance on business success.
