Indirect Offshoring

Indirect offshoring occurs when a customer deals exclusively with an onshore training services provider, which they engage to perform a variety of strategic or transactional training related activities. In turn, the training services provider may choose, at their discretion, to engage an offshore partner for certain services. In this situation, the client is neither involved, nor concerned with, the training partner’s offshoring decision.
