Data Fluency

Data fluency refers to one’s ability to interpret, communicate and apply data in the workplace. It drives organizational alignment by providing employees across teams and departments with a common language for discussing data-driven business processes and standards. The ability to apply data is what sets data fluency apart from data literacy.

In the context of corporate training, data fluency enables learning leaders to “speak the language of the business” and better prove the impact of training.
