Allyship training prepares employees to better support, collaborate with and advocate for people from minority and marginalized groups inside and outside of the workplace. Allyship training has emerged to complement implicit and unconscious bias training, as simply raising awareness of bias is only one step in beginning to combat these biases. Allyship training offers instruction and guidance on building empathy and addressing biases when and as they arise.
