Learning is a continuous process, not an isolated, one-time event. Employee training should extend outside of the classroom to allow employees the opportunity to apply knowledge and practice new skills — and make learning stick. A continuous learning experience can reinforce knowledge from formal training programs and provide opportunities to improve new skills.
During this panel discussion, we’re inviting industry leaders to share their experiences on boosting learner retention and training outcomes by creating a continuous learning experience in their organizations.
