Finances

I am registered for a course. Where can I find my receipt? After your online purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to a receipt. In the event you cannot locate the receipt or need a more detailed receipt, please contact us here and let us know which course you registered for.

I registered someone else for a course. How can I receive a receipt? Please contact us here, and let us know who you registered and which course they are registered for and we can send it to you.

LMS

I have not received my login information, when will I receive it? If you have not received your login information within 1 business day, please contact us here.

I can no longer attend my course session. How do I change my date? Please contact us here and we will send you a form to change your course date. Please note, if you are changing within 30 days of your course, you will be subject to a change fee.

I need to update my personal information for my program. Who can I talk to? You can update your personal information in the Training Industry LMS here. If you would like to update your username, contact us here.

I can’t find the link to my course, where can I log in to the LMS? You can log in and find all your courses here.

CPTM Recertification

Where do I find CPTM alumni information? You will find your alumni dashboard here.

Where do I log my hours for CPTM recertification? You can log your recertification hours in the LMS here.

I have tracked my hours, but they haven’t been approved. How can I get them approved? You will need to complete the recertification application and payment for us to review your hours.

What do I need to do for recertification? You will find the steps for recertification on your dashboard. Also, in the Alumni Information in your courses, you will find a PDF document entitled, “How to Recertify” and a video entitled, “Recertification Q&A.”
