Work behavior refers to an activity that is performed to meet the objectives and requirements of a job. Work behaviors consist of observable (physical) and unobservable (mental) components, and can include the performance of one or more tasks.
Knowledge, skills and abilities (KSAs) are not behaviors, although they may be applied in work behaviors.
