Strategic Planning

Strategic planning refers to the act of defining an organization’s strategy or direction, as it relates to training and learning activities. This includes understanding the current state of the organization’s talent and skills, the future state or expectations of what skills and talent are needed, what resources are needed to achieve the strategy, and the course of action to achieve the strategy.
