BOZEMAN, Mont. — March 4, 2021 — Wisetail, the leader in learning management systems that build companies into communities, today announced the launch of its new website and Learning Experience Platform (LXP). The new website was designed with the customer in mind, featuring a more modern, community-focused look and feel with bright, inviting colors and an intuitive layout. With the new LXP, Wisetail will continue its mission of helping its customers create better business outcomes by increasing engagement and learning—anytime, anywhere.
As research shows, social and collaborative interactions are key to corporate success. Employees perform better when they work collectively, customer retention is higher with training and engagement programs, and partners and sales teams are more successful when they have on-going learning experiences. Wisetail injects collaboration throughout its customers’ operations from learning about a new product or service to collaboratively choosing a new menu item.
Learning Experience Platform
Wisetail’s LXP expands the learning management system (LMS) market as a whole by providing a personalized, social and online learning experience for users. The new platform takes a modern approach to learning by building upon Wisetail’s award-winning LMS and giving learners a sense of ownership. It enables learning in the flow of work and fosters a collaborative, personalized learning environment where companies can capitalize on social, gamification and sharing features to build a culture of community.
The new LXP can also help companies as they transition to the digital world. Wisetail eliminates the need for paper manuals and company updates. Instead employees, partners and customers can onboard and learn about the latest company news in the platform.
The LXP will offer a wide range of new social features:
- Gamification and points
- Likes, comments and shares
- User contributions
- Content curation and personalization
- Configurable and custom pages
- Creative content creation
- Multimedia and embedded content
- Digital ecosystem integrations and single sign-on (SSO)
- Top-to-bottom branding and design
- Enhanced user profiles
- Multi-way communications
“Building a brand community is the necessary driving force to 2021 and beyond,” said Ali Knapp, president, Wisetail. “As the remote work era continues, digital transformation and digital engagement are vital to bringing people, workplaces and corporate ecosystems closer together. Even if your business has competing sellers, partners or vendors, building a brand community is increasingly the key to success.”
“The Port City Java site, ‘Behind the Line,’ has been active for about a year now, and it has been great,” said Samantha Stroupe, director of training, Port City Java. “We have corporate, franchise and university locations; our roasting facilities; and a corporate office as a part of our company, so it’s always been a bit fragmented. But now we have the Wisetail site, users from all over can interact and get to know each other in a way that was impossible before. We have discussion boards where people can give shout outs, we’ve hosted employee’s art that no one would have seen before, cafés shared photos of their decorations around the holidays, and one of our café managers did a weekly video series about her café. All-in-all, the site has done more than make our lives easier; it has created a Port City Java community.”
Wisetail’s core LMS is still available to customers. This formal training solution delivers robust audience and content management to ensure compliance, certification and training results for customers, partners, employees, and vendors.
