(together with its affiliates, “Clearlake”), today announced it has signed a definitive agreement to sell its workforce skills management platform to ALPHA Facilities Solutions, worldwide provider of facility asset management services. The divestiture of Advanced Skills Management Industrial (ASMi) positions the company to focus on its flagship work and asset management solutions with continued emphasis in helping clients manage critical infrastructure worldwide. Financial terms were not disclosed.
