MANHATTAN BEACH, Calif. — Jan. 26, 2020 — Traliant, a leading provider of online workplace compliance training solutions, today announced a majority investment from funds advised by PSG, a leading growth equity firm partnering with lower middle-market software and technology-enabled service companies. PSG’s Tom Reardon, Managing Director, and Chris Andrews, Principal, have joined Traliant’s Board of Directors. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Traliant has rapidly grown since its founding in 2016 and currently serves over 5,000 organizations globally, including small and mid-sized businesses as well as a growing number of large enterprises such as Hilton Worldwide Holdings, Stanford Health Care and PepsiCo. Traliant’s award-winning online compliance training is designed to foster more inclusive workplaces through engaging content that is interactive, customizable and relevant to a modern, mobile workforce.
