WESTBOROUGH, Mass. — July 7, 2022 — AXIOM Learning Solutions, a leading learning services organization that provides resources and expertise to help learning professionals drive performance and meet objectives, has acquired PatternShifts, a performance improvement firm based in Austin, Texas.

With the acquisition, the PatternShifts leadership team—managing partners Herb Dyer, Susan Franzen and David Kaiser—become principals in the new AXIOM Strategy & Leadership Practice. Franzen leads the Practice as AXIOM Vice President of Strategy and Leadership, supported by a team of Principal Consultants, Senior Consultants and Consultants.

AXIOM Learning Solutions, LLC is privately held. The acquisition is effective July 11, 2022. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
