This report provides insights into learner’s perceptions of the impacts of a consistent training experience and how consistency in the content, delivery, technology and administration of training can drive business outcomes.

Exploring the data from 283 respondents across a range of industries, this study reveals that learners at companies with effective and consistent L&D practices are more likely to:

  • Be motivated to make efforts to improve themselves and their job performance by participating in training
  • Be more satisfied with their jobs
  • Have greater awareness of the benefits and opportunities afforded via training for their own professional development
