With the global economy shifting to one that is driven by human talent, corporations are becoming increasingly reliant on highly-skilled, technical employees. Despite the prevalence and importance of technical roles within today’s corporations, many struggle with how to effectively lead technical professionals. In March 2013, more than one hundred Learning Leaders participated in a Training Industy study exploring how training organizations are addressing the learning needs of those who lead Technical Professionals.
