Learning and development (L&D) teams are faced with quickly transforming and scaling their training efforts to remote options – without sacrificing quality. The good news is that upgrading the impact, application, personalization and measurability in transformed virtual and digital learning experiences is achievable. In this session, Dr. Katie Worlton-Pulham, senior performance consultant at AllenComm, will demonstrate how to get there by factoring in remote learners’ needs, current business realities and the integrity of your learning objectives.

This interactive session will provide insights on rapidly:

  • Repurposing instructor-led training (ILT) to virtual instructor-led training (VILT)
  • Reorienting ILT to VILT with digital assets like job aids.
  • Remixing ILT to a blend of VILT and digital learning.
  • Redesigning content for business transformation.
