Demystifying Workplace Wellness in the Wake of COVID-19
Wednesday, January 27 | 12:00 – 12:45 p.m. EST
More than any previous crisis, COVID-19 brought the human element of business into sharp focus. Employee wellness, health and safety suddenly took center stage alongside company culture and values. The most vulnerable segments of the workforce were hit hardest by the pandemic, elevating a host of issues – ranging from inadequate healthcare and financial concerns to feelings of isolation and heightened anxiety – to the top of the leadership agenda.
During this talk, Conduent’s director of clinical consulting and well-being and director of benefits consulting services – Kate Hansum, RN, and Kathryn Teaster – will reveal the key ingredients of workplace wellness designed to drive employee engagement and measurable results during these uncertain times.
This interactive session will provide easy-to-understand insights on:
- Defining the value of an ongoing corporate culture of well-being.
- Delivering data-driven health and wellness programs for your workforce.
- Improving clinical, utilization and financial outcomes through engagement and consumerism.
