Workplace Mental Health: Celebrating Authenticity and Vulnerability in Your Company Culture
Wednesday, January 27 | 11:00 – 11:45 a.m. E.T.
Untreated mental health challenges in the workplace can cost companies millions of dollars in turnover, absenteeism, presenteeism and crisis management each year. Mental health affects everyone, and your employees all experience it differently. Leaders who show up in a vulnerable and authentic way drive a compassionate company culture, saving both lives and profits in the process.
During this talk, your speaker – Christmas Bacos, senior director of workplace mental health – will introduce attendees to Hope For The Day and discuss how the organization implemented a mental health program in a leading company with impacts on both employees and company culture. Christmas will also guide attendees through one of the key activities of the program to apply in their everyday lives.
This interactive session will provide easy-to-understand insights on:
- The current state of mental health in the workplace.
