Moving the Needle: How to Begin Building a Performance-based Culture
Wednesday, February 10 | 3:00 – 3:45 p.m. E.T.
By redirecting learning efforts to support learners in their time of need and build critical skills within the context of their work, the landscape of learning and development (L&D) is shifting from a focus on processes and tasks to an emphasis on performance-based learning culture. But, how can you ensure your solutions are improving performance? Before the technology and dashboards are deployed, you must create a philosophy, culture and strategy for metrics and measurement to permeate your entire organization.
During this talk, your speakers, Jeff Carpenter – chief executive officer – and Dr. Mitch Weiss – vice president of client services – will discuss how to begin the process of creating a culture of measurement within your organization.
This interactive session will provide easy-to-understand insights on:
- Defining a metrics and measurement philosophy.
- Steps to transition to a performance-based culture.
- Strategic approach to integrating metrics and measurement into your organization.
