Wednesday, February 10 | 11:00 – 11:45 a.m. E.T.

When we measure learning impact, are we measuring the things that really matter? Learning creates value when it enables your people to drive the goals of the business. Measuring seat time doesn’t mean much; measuring knowledge and skills may demonstrate retention, but it doesn’t show that people can apply what they’ve learned on the job. Behavior is king. If I learn – but can’t execute – does the learning matter?

During this session, Rich Mesch, vice president of learning strategy at Performance Development Group (PDG), will share data on what your business stakeholders really care about, provide a simple model for measuring what really matters and offer examples of meaningful learning measurement.

This interactive session will provide easy-to-understand insights on:

  • The metrics that matter to business stakeholders.
  • What learning measurement can — and can’t – do.
  • A practical approach to learning measurement that focuses on behavior change.
