Demetra Anagnostopoulos has more than 25 years of experience in the fields of leadership training and organizational development. During her career, she has spearheaded programs for companies such as Johns Hopkins Medicine, Capital One, F. Hoffman-La Roche, Facebook, General Electricity and PepsiCo Inc. Before joining SurePeople, Demetra spent over two decades with Interaction Associates, a global consulting firm that is routinely named one of the Top 20 Leadership Training Companies by Training Industry, Inc.
Paul Tsagaroulis, Executive Vice President, Data Science and Analytics, SurePeople
Paul Tsagaroulis has more than 20 years of experience in data science and analytics, with expertise in data visualization and optimizing workforce effectiveness. At SurePeople, Paul oversees the company’s growing analytics team. He has a doctorate degree in industrial-organizational psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Prior to joining SurePeople, Paul was director of human resources analytics at Carrier Corporation.
