As the former marketing director for FlexJobs, Mike has ran corporate conferences on remote work strategy for Fortune 100 companies to help connect the value of work flexibility for job seekers to employer strategy. He is a LinkedIn Learning author on topics such as remote work policy, remote work management and day-to-day best practices. Paul Eschen, VP of Marketing, BizLibrary

Paul Eschen is the vice president of marketing for BizLibrary and works to design and implement strategies to help the company achieve its growth goals. Paul is responsible for key business initiatives, like designing practical learning experiences. He is also known for his transformative ability to align sales and marketing teams to achieve company goals.
