Amid continuous disruption, accelerated growth and rapid fire change, workers are experiencing a real threat: Technology is eliminating jobs. As a result, developing what’s called “significant skills” will be a savior for people looking to protect their jobs from automation, and leadership coaching will be key. No longer solely for C-suite executives, leadership coaching is a necessity not a perk.
