Maintaining learners’ attention has become increasingly challenging with constant distractions in an ever-disruptive world. Learners are not interested in sitting through one-time events with hour-long instructions, whether in person or virtual. Instead, they are seeking experiences that are relevant, applicable, engaging and available just in time.

During this talk, Kristen McCormack, learning experience designer at Ardent, will share key insights on how you can design learning experiences that make a difference in your learners and exceed expectations.

This interactive session will provide easy-to-understand insights on:

  • The importance of acknowledging varying learner personas for your design.
  • The five “moments of need” and how it can impact your learning design.
  • Effective tools to create relevant and engaging learner journeys.
