With a direct link between training and business goals, learning and development (L&D) leaders have their task cut out for them — to drive learning. However over time, L&D has become a negative (and dreaded) experience for learners. Could this be due to poor learning experiences or that they’ve all received the same one-size-fits-all learning solution? It’s time to reevaluate what’s broken about L&D in order to foster learning and drive behavioral change.

In this Training Industry Leader Talk, Treion Muller, chief strategy architect at ELB Learning, will emphasize achieving a greater alignment between L&D initiatives and business objectives by understanding your audience and how they like to learn. Discover a new framework called the C.A.R.E.S Learning Effectiveness Model and how it can be applied to your unique needs.

This interactive session will provide easy-to-understand insights on:

  • Aspects of conducive learning for learners, and ways to keep the consumer of information in the front and center of training programs.
  • The C.A.R.E.S Learning Effectiveness Model, and how it can be applied for effective upskilling and reskilling.
  • Harnessing the power and potential of new technologies to establish a learning culture and drive behavioral change.
