He leads a team of consulting professionals that work with clients to align their organizational system of performance to establish a compelling and inspiring vision, develop world-class capabilities, build an agile organization and deliver business impact in a rapid and agile manner.

Chris is responsible for helping clients connect strategy and execution to unleash the full potential of their organization while delivering high quality client service. He brings a full range of organizational effectiveness consulting services to Fortune 500 companies, deploying complex business initiatives.

Prior to joining GP Strategies, Chris was a naval officer leading teams in the complex operation of a nuclear submarine. Chris is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, with a bachelor of science in political science, and minors in Russian and German language studies.
