Leadership initiatives are shifting from performance content to “human-centered” content. By using social science, learning and development (L&D) professionals can teach their people not just the skills needed for their roles, but how to interact best with others.

During this Training Industry Leader Talk, Dr. Scott Dust, management professor at the University of Cincinnati and chief research officer at Cloverleaf, will share key insights on how to shift your organization toward a human-centered work environment.

In this interactive session, your speaker will:

  • Describe the evolution of L&D initiatives.
  • Explain the three human-centered trends in L&D.
  • Outline best practices for implementing human-centered L&D initiatives.
