Bri Montana is an accomplished learning and development (L&D) professional with over 17 years of experience designing and implementing learning strategies that prepare employees to tackle the challenges of an ever-changing world. As a solutions architect at Hemsley, Bri develops creative solutions to meet the unique needs of each organization she partners with. Through a collaborative process, she helps her clients clarify their training objectives, define requirements and identify the right mix of live, virtual, digital and blended learning solutions to achieve their organizational goals. Bri joined Hemsley Fraser in August 2022. Bri’s career in L&D began in 2005 at PR Newswire, a global news distribution company. During her tenure, she designed and facilitated new hire, operations, customer service and product training programs.

Amanda Kimmel, Solution Architect, Hemsley Fraser

Amanda Kimmel is an experienced learning and development leader with 20 years’ experience having begun her career in education and human resources (HR). Amanda is passionate about engaging her client organizations and seeing invigorated talent enabled through dynamic and tailored development experiences.
