How do you make an impact — and prove it? One of the big failures of learning and development (L&D) is our lack of measurement. When we do measure, we often evaluate the wrong things. If we measure appropriately, we could find out that much of what we do isn’t working. So how do we figure out what does work?

In this Training Industry Leader Talk, Clark Quinn, chief learning strategist for Upside Learning Solutions, and Sonal Sheth, chief operating officer for Upside Learning Solutions, will talk about aligning measurement with design to achieve true impact. We’ll cover effective evaluation and design, together, to achieve true value for our organizations.

This interactive session will provide easy-to-understand insights on how you can:

  • Understand why impact can be hard to discern.
  • Know the different levels of impact measurement.
  • Learn how to design to achieve impact (not just smiles).
  • Review case studies concerning different levels of learning impact.
