Martess Green, Senior Manager, Customer Promise Learning, Hilton

Martess Green has over 10 years of hospitality experience across hotel operations, human resources and learning on properties and in corporate offices. Martess began her career with Hilton in 2013 in front office operations in Hilton’s All Suites and full-service hotels in Washington, D.C. After three years in operations, Martess followed her passion for helping people and transitioned to a human resources role supporting labor and employee relations. After supporting 1,000 team members in Hilton’s largest hotel in Washington, D.C., she pursued a new challenge in Hilton’s luxury market. Martess supported Hilton’s luxury hotel for four years in downtown Manhattan, playing an integral role in the hotel’s first and second Forbes Four-Star ratings. Additionally, she achieved Hilton’s highest award, the Connie Award in 2021, for exemplary guest service scores in 2021. Martess transitioned to Hilton’s corporate office in a new role as a strategic business partner to Hilton’s Global Brand Organization, supporting the organization’s priorities and talent strategies. In 2023, Martess was promoted to senior manager of global brand learning, leading the design and development of learning for Hilton’s Customer Promise initiative across 19 brands and 7,000 hotels in 124 countries and territories to drive Hilton’s unique service culture around the globe.

Danielle Silver, Solution Architect, SweetRush

Danielle Silver is a solution architect on the SweetRush XR team. She spends her time helping clients dream up ways to use immersive technology to elevate learning and engage their learners in new and exciting ways. Dani is particularly interested in the use of virtual and mixed realities, and their ability to affect knowledge retention and true behavior change. Dani is not only knowledgeable but a delight to work with and cares deeply about ensuring the success of the project and her clients. Adrián Soto, Director of Immersive Technologies, SweetRush

Adrián Soto is the director of SweetRush’s immersive technologies team. Although Adrián is deeply technical, he loves to share knowledge and can explain concepts in ways that make sense. Adrián has a strong grasp of the ever-changing landscape of emerging and immersive technologies and at the same time is grounded, pragmatic and understands that business and instructional objectives come first.
