Scott has worked in both the public and private sectors, creating federal education programs and leading L&D teams from small startups to Google. Scott specializes in learning strategies as they relate to gamification, healthcare, change management and technology. In 2023, his work in AI-powered communication training programs won multiple awards in the field of game-based learning.
