Leveraging coaching for leaders can advance their growth with personalized guidance customized to their strengths, weaknesses and developmental needs. This personalization targets strategic areas for needed behavioral change through continuous support and feedback, making it more effective than standard training programs. Coaching can help leaders learn how to navigate complex situations, explore alternative perspectives, and make informed decisions.

During this talk, your speaker, Carrie Berg, vice president of learning and development (L&D), will discuss how organizations can make the case for investing in coaching and correlate this benefit to leader retention, measurable results, succession planning, and increased job satisfaction.

This interactive session will provide easy-to-understand insights on:

  • How coaching can be a worthy investment for any organization to help bring measurable results to leader performance.
  • Leaders’ critical role in employee engagement, and how coaching can help drive a more positive, empowering and inclusive work environment.
  • How leadership coaching can foster a culture of continuous improvement through a variety of channels.
  • The two keys to effective leadership that can be noticeably improved with effective coaching.
