11:15 – 12 p.m. ET

While training interventions are one of the most commonly used tools by learning and development (L&D) professionals for skill building and driving organizational change, measuring the impact of these efforts can be difficult. While setting realistic expectations with senior sponsors is critical, having a formal measurement strategy and process in place is an absolute must for ensuring success.

In this session, Allan Church, co-founder and managing partner of Maestro Consulting, will present a case study and key learnings from a multi-year diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) cultural intervention at PepsiCo. He will describe the integrated multi-level evaluation strategy that focused on quantifying the impact of the global training and culture change initiatives aimed at driving a more inclusive culture.

This interactive session will provide insights on:

  • How to design and implement behavioral and employee engagement measures linked to training and cultural change initiatives.
  • How to show the impact (and ongoing progress) of these efforts in ways that excite and engage senior sponsors.
  • How to identify and overcome potential challenges and barriers to delivering a comprehensive evaluation strategy.
